THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF GULL LAKE COMMUNITY HALL

The Summer Village of Gull Lake Community Hall is located at 27 Lakeview Ave in the Summer Village of Gull Lake. Overlooking Gull Lake, it is a perfect location for family gatherings, wedding receptions and reunions.

Standing Capacity: 225        Seating Capacity: 100

Facility rentals include the use of a spacious kitchen - loads of counter areas, sinks, stove, ovens, microwave, fridge, upright freezer and sanitizer.

Bar facilities include bar fridge, sink and window counter.

Tables and Chairs: 18 – 30” x 70” polyethylene rectangular, 16 – 48” round wooden tables, 140 cushioned chairs, picnic tables on the Hall grounds.

Audio Visual: microphone and stereo included.

Insurance: Renters are required to obtain Host Liability Insurance if they wish to serve and/or consume alcohol in the facility.

Decoration Restrictions: No confetti on the grounds. Nails and staples are prohibited.

Rates: $200 per day (8:00am to 3:00am); $25.00/hr for partial days up to six hours maximum, with a $50.00 cleaning fee per rental. 

Note: Partial day rentals are subject to availability.  For example, a wedding rental involving 3 hours for Friday night decorating and an all-day Saturday event would be: $75.00 + $200.00 + $50.00 = $325.00.  A family reunion rental involving 4 hours Friday night, all day Saturday, and partial Sunday (8:00am - 2:00pm) = $100.00 + $200.00 + $150.00 + $50.00 = $500.00

Advance Booking Deposit: $100.00 to reserve the rental; Damage Deposit: $250.00

The following accessories are available for additional fees:

Dishes: $50

Wineglasses: $20

Projector: $25

Two Outdoor Propane Grills: $10 each (propane and tanks not included)

Two Outdoor Charcoal BBQs: $10 each (charcoal not included)
