Permits (PDF) - any development cannot proceed without an approved Development Permit (per Summer Village of Gull Lake Land Use By-law 312). A Building Permit must be obtained from IJD Inspections Ltd. prior to commencing development.

ANY DEVELOPMENT CANNOT PROCEED WITHOUT
AN APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT. 
A DEVELOPMENT PERMIT IS NOT A BUILDING PERMIT.

NOTE: It is a Provincial requirement to obtain the proper permits and inspections for all building, plumbing, gas, electrical, water systems,
private sewage treatment and disposal (holding tanks) systems.
