The Summer Village Community Hall is available to rent year round. Whether you are hosting receptions, birthday parties, or other community events, the community hall is a great option!

- Large Main hall with maximum occupancy of 100 people (seated) and up to 225 people (standing).
- Full & Spacious Kitchen complete with;
- 2 Stoves
- 2 Regular Standing Fridge/Freezer
- 1 Large Beverage/Dessert Cooler
- Dishwasher, Microwave, oversized Double Sink, ample working space & Large Island.
- Kitchen utencils, plates, cups, coffee cups, large coffee percolators, coffee pots, kettles, and more!
- Plenty of Washrooms
- Outdoor green space located around the Community Hall.

How to Book:
1. Check the availability of the Community Hall by clicking here. Once you are re-directed to our Home page, scroll down to our Community Events Calendar, filter events to include only hall bookings to determine if your date is available.
Please note: calendar is updated during office hours only, and may not reflect the most up to date bookings. Availability is subject to confirmation by the Summer Village of Gull Lake office.
2. Download and complete the Hall Rental Agreement.

3. Submit completed rental agreement and deposit (payable by cash, cheque, or e-transfer) to or in person at the Summer Village Office.
