Doug Francoeur
Doug is a third-generation resident of the Summer Village of Gull Lake. Doug has spent many summers enjoying the lake and all it has to offer, and has even assisted in hosting the Family Day Fly-in. Professionally, Doug is an airport consultant, having worked for both the Edmonton & Calgary Airports Authorities.
